At CNN, I conduct research for online production and television scripts. Furthermore, I field produce to assist with long-term political investigations. I also supported preparation for the network’s 2018 midterm election coverage, standing in as on-air talent and working with the voting security team on election night.

As a member of the digital team, I managed the paper’s website, mobile app and social media accounts, monitoring social media posts and article performances using analytical tools such as Chartbeat. I also spent two weeks on the breaking news desk, publishing on average three stories per day under tight deadlines.

I led a team of four deputy editors to produce, schedule and publish daily content on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts for Georgetown’s student-run newspaper. I was also solely responsible for creating and publishing the paper ’s email newsletter, which I transitioned from twice weekly to daily and added a weekend Arts and Culture edition.

I managed a team of 15 students to conduct and publish interviews with both U.S. and international ambassadors. I was promoted from editorial assistant to section editor within a semester. As an editorial assistant, I solicited and edited 2200-2500 word articles from foreign policy experts for the online Features section.
